These nozzles split the filament into three separate strings to boost heating efficiency by increasing the surface. In order to maximize thermal performance, the BiMetal nozzle does this by using the better heat-conducting copper metal for the nozzle body. A strong anti-wear tip is provided by the hardened vanadium steel tips, which can print abrasive materials like carbon and glass fiber composite materials. Last but not least, the nickel coating protects the nozzle from abrasion, erosion, and corrosion.
